Back to Previous Page Click image to enlarge    The Beatles - 1970 Apple Press Book A very rare UK Beatles Press Book, issued by Apple Records in March 1970, just before the 1971 official breakup of the band. This 32 page book is filled with amazing information including the released date of every Beatles LP, 45 and EP, the dates of every Beatles tour date, beginning with their 1963 tour opening for Helen Shapiro, and a 12 page, month by month chronology of the band. Also included are band photos and brief member bios. The book measures 7 1/2" x 11", and is in excellent condition, with some light rusting around the staples, but otherwise extremely clean. The credit at the end reads "This book was produced by Apple Press Office, 3 Saville Row, London W.1.," along with the Apple phone number. A superb Beatles collectible. Price: $300.
